3 cups strawberries, hulled and halved (plus extra sliced strawberries for optional decorating)
1 banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons agave sweetener
Instructions
In a blender, blend the strawberries with 1 teaspoon of agave. Place in a bowl and set aside.
After cleaning the blender, blend the yogurt with the banana, vanilla, and teaspoon of agave.
Take out your popsicle mold. Optional: If you want to include sliced strawberries in your pops, start with one dropped into your mold before you add in any of the other mixtures.
Drizzle or squeeze in the yogurt mixture into each mold to fill about ⅔ of the mold. Then add in some of the strawberry puree mixture. (You can also alternate the amount however you want and I also like to add another one or two slices of strawberry).
Follow the instructions for your mold and then place the mold in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Remove from freezer and enjoy. (Quick tip, if having trouble removing the pops from your mold, run under a bit of warm water. Or you can use a knife to scrape down the side to make it easier. Once you have removed them all, you can wrap them in plastic wrap and then place in a freezer bag to enjoy anytime!)
