Cranberry Salsa
- 1 12 oz. bag of fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeno, cut in half and seeds removed
- 1 medium red onion, quartered
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons of honey (or agave)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Put everything in your food processor, and pulse to desired chunkiness.
- Do one more taste test for salt, and enjoy!
